Shipping & Returns

  • Processing - Once your order has been received, please allow 48 to 72 hours for processing (excluding Weekends and National Holidays).  After processing is completed you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that your tracking number will updated once USPS has received your package and it is successfully processed though their system. 
  • Purchasing - If an item in your order sells out, you will be contacted via email about your missing item and refunded for that item.
  • Return - We accept returns for any items that are in new, unworn, in the original packing and in resalable condition within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email at distro.regime@gmail.com
  • Once a return label has been issued, the item must be received by USPS within 7 days of receiving the return label.
  • If you received a defective item or incorrect item, we apologize for the inconvenience and will provide you with a prepaid return label. 
  • Distro Regime reserves the right to refuse a return or refund for any item that we deem to be damaged, worn, or altered in any way. If we receive a returned item that can not be resold, we will notify you and offer to return the item to you at your expense. If you choose not to have the item returned, we will dispose of it responsibly.
  • Examples of items that can not be resold:
  • Items with stains, tears, rips, dog hair
  • Items with strong odors (smoke, perfume, etc)
  • Items with missing tags or packaging
  • Refunds - Once we have received your return and verify that it meets our return requirements, we will process your refund with 7-10 business days. Please allow up to 5 days for the return verification process. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs unless it was a mistake made on our part.
  • Shipping Costs - If you decide to return an item for any reason other than a mistake made on our part, you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. This includes both the cost of shipping the item to you and the cost of returning the item to us. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • Please note that we reserve the right to deny a return or refund if the item has been damaged, worn or altered in any way.
